-Welcome & review of attendance form (used to add people to Schoology/GroupMe)
-Intro to Tri-M
      -3 Pillars: Perform, Lead, Serve
      -Service project for year: Engineers Without Borders
      -Opportunities will arise throughout year to volunteer
      -Membership Requirements
            -Being in band and/or choir
            -New members must pay $20 membership fee
            -Grades: Must maintain grades for eligible
            -Good character/commitment
            -No disciplinary issues
-Inductions
      -Will be in-person on September 21st at 7:30
      -New members will do a performance (or alternatively a presentation)
      -Sing or play a song (2 minutes or less)
      -Does not need to be memorized
      -Upperclassmen will induct new members
      -Formal event

     -New members perform
     -Other members of Tri-M can also perform this year
           -Anyone interested please contact Mr. Gutierrez
     -Please dress nicely
     -Starts at 7:30- Call time is 6:45
     -Please come even if you are not a new member
     -Pairing: New members can be inducted by a current member of Tri-M
           -If you would like a specific member to induct you please contact Mr. G
     -If you are performing please let Mr. G know what song you are doing
​     -For performers counts as recital for honors project, for other Tri-M members it can count as an observation

October 5th
Meeting Start- 7:49
-Cabaret Night- October 22nd (7:30 in choir room)
       -Anyone can perform- you do not have to be in Tri-M
             -Groups are good!
       -Fill out google form posted on Schoology
       -Performance can be anything
-Charity has changed to World Wildlife Foundation- All funds raised throughout the year will be donated to WFF
-Next meeting will be in two weeks

-Cabaret night is this Friday (October 22nd)
​     -At 7:30, call time for performers, volunteers, and emcees is 6:45
      -Send backing tracks to Mr. G
      -This is a formal concert- attire should be similar to inductions
-Help needed for Cabaret Night- Contact Mr. G if interested
      -MC
      -Decorations (Counts as service hours)
           -Blow up balloons before school (7:40)
           -Set up (after school)
      -Fundraising table (counts as service hours)
      -Help collect and track goal
